Really not sure what they mean there... 'Cousin Swagness' is I think a pun on 'Cousin Agnes', ie stuffy old relative, perhaps adding 'swag' as in laddish 'swagger' behaviour!

Now I see. Thanks for the explanation, Sexy Dave :D

Wow, I've been listening to the new Stone Sour songs all day long, wich are great. I was actually a bit disappointed with Audio Secrecy to be honest. Another record I'm looking forward to hear this year.

Any news about the next Wolfmother record?

I really really love Jack White's solo debut "Blunderbuss". That is such a raw and great album.
To me it sounds like "young boy finds an old guitar and discovers music for the first time". :D

Saw and interviewed these at Reading yesterday - Vengeance and The Panther Queen. Fairly bonkers but some good hooky melodies underneath that.

I bought it last friday, with two Foxy Shazam albums, which I call destiny because I think there's impossible to find some Foxy stuff in Mexico!

Dunno if this will get much love here, but I'm currently obsessed with the new Devin Townsend album.

Rediscovered Ladyton - 604 today - UK (scouse) Kraftwerkesque electropop.

Far and away not a record I'd go for now, but definitely a marker of a time, a place and some people for me!

Finally got round to listening to some mates of mine, The Dead Identities, Christmas single!

A wonderfully inappropriate choice I thought!

I'm missing the summer weather at the moment, so listening to Kurt Vile's Wakin on a Pretty Day is the best substitute I can find - 9 minutes of hazy guitar, like a lazy summer afternoon

Today I've been listening to an odd combination of Silverchair and Foxy Shazam. I don't know what this says about my mood today.

I got myself the new Queens of the Stone Age album "Like clockwork" and I must say, apart from the first song, it's really my favourite QOTSA album so far. Basically the easiest to listen to...highly recommended! (by me :D )

After a million year wait Studio Killers finally released their album. There are a few awesome tracks that weren't released as singles, but some of the other ones are less exciting. I was hoping for a more upbeat tracks to dance to.

I'm in love with this song though. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uA36tQuJ1II

Today I've been listening to The Lumineers, and trying to figure out what I think of them. So far, no strong dislike or like either way tbh...
