So the album is scheduled to be released in September? That's awesome, finally some concrete info! I can't wait! :)

PS. I really like sailors style photo on the PledgeMusic website. :)

It's the first time that I bought something without knowing the cover, the tracklist, even the exact release date

Hopefully the pre-order/Pledge campaign will be open to those outside of Europe soon. I have heard that it should be available in Australia & New Zealand by the end of the week. Fingers crossed.

I will definitely be going for the deluxe edition. 13 songs! Can't say no to that.

Based on the things that have been floating around, it looks like All The Pretty Girls, Southern Trains and Solid Gold have been recorded for the album, all of which were played at the Darknesstival gig.

I would like to hear a full, studio recording of Rack of Glam! Hopefully that will appear somewhere on the album as it was certainly a good song.

I just hope that they won't do what they did with Pat Pong, Cannonball and I Can't Believe It's Not Love...

I really liked Pat Pong when it was played live and then we got a scrappy sounding demo version on Hot Cakes.

Cannonball was awesome when it was played live, and I was then disappointed with the version they put on the bonus tracks of the Hot Cakes album. It was still good, but it wasn't that heavy hitting, falsetto-ridden, dirty song we'd loved hearing played live right from the early days of the reunion tour. And "I Can't Believe It's Not Love...", I still believe, could have been a huge hit for the band and then they made the acoustic studio version a bonus track. It could have been so much more...

So I really hope that they won't do that kind of thing again with album V.

All of the bonus tracks and extra stuff with Last Of Our Kind was great. The studio version of Million Dollar Strong certainly didn't disappoint!

It was the same as Grief Hammer. When they first played it live in 2004 it sounded heavy and raw. The recorded version was crap in my opinion.

It's a travesty that I can't believe it's not love was never recorded properly.

I downloaded audio of some acoustic performancie of Can't Believe Isn't Not Love live on radio which happened prior to HC release and I use this live version instead of the official one.

I ordered the signed deluxe CD. :)

The Sword released their album "Apocryphon" on cassette a few years ago.
Thunder just released their new album Rip It Up on a gold cassette.
It's a cool format.
I like cassette tapes! Can't beat the sound and crackle of an old tape deck. They are to me what vinyl are to some. I get it. :)

Does anyone have video of the other two new dogs besides Solid Gold? I haven't got to hear Jose. Can't find them on YouTube anywhere. Preordered signed vinyl. Wish they had some sort of way to deluxe vinyl, but those discs are at capacity I'm sure.
